YBhg Tan Sri Sr (Dr) Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman is the Executive Chairman of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. Prior to establishing Rahim & Co in 1976, he served as a Valuation Officer with the London Borough of Hounslow, a Valuation Officer with the Valuation Division of the Ministry of Finance, the Properties Manager of Malayan Railways and the Properties Manager of Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad.
In his professional capacity, Tan Sri has served as a member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia. He has been Past Presidents of The Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (1986 – 1987), The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysian Chapter (1982 – 1986), The Asia Pacific Real Estate Federation (1985 – 1988) and The Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia(PEPS) (1990 – 1994).
Tan Sri was elected the Deputy World President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) in 1990 for a 2-year term. Tan Sri Sr Rahim was awarded the Darjah Kebesaran Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM) that carries the title Tan Sri from His Majesty the King of Malaysia in 2014. He was also appointed as a Senator by His Majesty the King from 2010 – 2016.
Sr Mohamad Nasir Ali is the Director of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd based in Kuala Terengganu. Sr Mohamad Nasir completed his Advance Diploma in Estate Management at The University Technology MARA (UITM) in 1980. He has over 30 years working experience in Property and Real Estate, which includes Valuation, Property Management, Research & Consultancy and Estate Agency.
Prior to joining Rahim & Co in 1991, Sr Mohamad Nasir was in a private practice in Kuala Terengganu for 7 years. He has previously worked with the Kota Bharu and Kuala Terengganu Valuation & Property Services Department of Ministry of Finance.
Sr Chee Kok Thim is the Director of Valuation Services of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. Prior to joining Rahim & Co in July 1997, Sr Chee had served more than 21 years with the Valuation and Property Services Department in the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
At the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Sr Chee has served as a Committee Member of the Property Surveying Division, the Examination Secretary of the Examination & Accreditation Board, a Council Member of the Royal Institution and the Chairman of the Examination Board for more than 10 years. At the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Properrty Managers Malaysia, Sr Chee is currently an examiner for the Board's Test of Professional Competence and was a member of the Accreditation Committee. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), a Member of The Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector, Malaysia (PEPS) and the Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers.
Encik Mazuki bin Abdullah, is currently the Vice President of the Real Estate Investment Management Department at PNB, where he leads a team in managing capital allocation and capital recycling of property-related assets in order to achieve optimal capital structure and the desired investment return. Encik Mazuki joined PNB in October 2001, and has 17 years working experience with knowledge and capabilities in corporate & strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, project financing, investment analysis & appraisal, unit trust and real estate investment. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent at Canterbury, United Kingdom. He also has a Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Encik Fadzihan Abbas bin Mohamad Ramlee is currently the Assistant Vice President and Head of the Corporate Planning & Strategy Department. He is primarily responsible for the broad strategic planning for PNB, as well as coordinating and monitoring all initiatives under its long term Strategic Plan. His maiden task following the appointment of PNB’s new leadership was formulating PNB’s 2017-2022 Strategic Plan (“STRIVE 15”) under the close guidance of the Group Chairman and the President & Group Chief Executive.
Prior to his current position, Encik Fadzihan Abbas has served in various departments within PNB since joining the company in 2006. He started as a Real Estate analyst under PNB’s Property Division for a year and subsequently joined the Research Division as a Macro-Economy analyst. In 2011, he was brought into the office of the President & Chief Executive Officer, taking lead roles in the areas of corporate and strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project management, investment analysis and real estate investment. Encik Fadzihan Abbas graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from the University of Nottingham.
