Job Description
- To carry out daily inspection of generator, switch gears, capacitors, cables, and fire protection system, air-conditioning, pumps, earthing and other types of wiring within the property
- Responsible to attend to all facilities failure/breakdown/reports on time
- Perform preventive maintenance for building utilities and facilities equipment as per standard requirement
- Monitor and assist vendor/contractor to ensure work is completed as per specification
- To carry out monitoring of Low voltage installation
- Oversee all activities related to LV electrical installations in compliance with Energy Commission of Malaysian requirement.
- To support facility & utility system operation including building maintenance
- To maintain an effective preventive maintenance system / schedule of all facility & utility equipment
- Able to work overtime and under pressure with minimum supervision

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Competent Certificate of Chargeman issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- At least 1 year of working experience as Chargeman A4, Preferable in facilities/property management/building/manufacturing maintenance

- Able to respond to emergency calls as and when required, including public holidays
