Job Description
  • To carry out daily inspection of generator, switch gears, capacitors, cables, and fire protection system, air-conditioning, pumps, earthing and other types of wiring within the property
  • Responsible to attend to all facilities failure/breakdown/reports on time
  • Perform preventive maintenance for building utilities and facilities equipment as per standard requirement 
  • Monitor and assist vendor/contractor to ensure work is completed as per specification
