Sr Yeo Chin Ni graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Property Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2002. She has 18 years working experience in various property related industry, from property development, sales administration, property valuation, research & consultancy as well as property marketing. She began her career in a property developer’s company where she was exposed to property development industry and participated actively in Sales & Marketing activities and Sales Administration tasks.  During 2006-2014, she moved to join the valuation team at headquarters of Henry Butcher Malaysia and gained invaluable experience with involvements in wide spectrum of property valuation for various purposes.

Sr Yeo Chin Ni joined Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd in 2014 as the Senior Manager of the Research Department. She overlooked the research and consultancy services for real estate development projects and investment acquisitions covering diverse sectors from affordable housing & public amenities studies to upmarket branded residential and top-notch commercial developments.

Presently, Sr Yeo Chin Ni is the Branch Manager of the Kepong office. She is a registered valuer, estate agent and property manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP), a member of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) & Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector, Malaysia (PEPS).

Mr Mohamad Fadzli completed his Bachelor’s Degree of Property Management at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai in 2002. He began his career as a Valuation Executive in Irhamy & Co Chartered Surveyors Sdn Bhd (Butterworth Branch) from 2002 – 2007 and subsequently continued his career with Hakimi & Associates Sdn Bhd (Sg. Petani) as a Senior Valuation Executive from 2007 – 2017.  He joined the Alor Setar branch of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd as the Senior Assistant Manager of Business Development & Client Service (for Kedah and Perlis) in November 2017.

He has nearly 20 years of work experience in the property field, which includes valuation, rating projects, estate agency marketing and other related real estate professional services, especially within the northern region (Penang, Kedah & Perlis). He is now on task to complete his Probationary Valuer (PV 2693) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia to become a registered valuer.

Noor Afiza is the Assistant Manager of Business Development & Client Service at the Temerloh office of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. She has a Diploma in Estate Management and a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Estate Management. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure all clients’ requests and requirements are met accordingly.

She started her working career when she joined Rahim & Co in 2010 as a Valuation Executive and was promoted to a Senior Valuation Executive in 2015. She is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers as a Probationary Valuer. She is also a member of the Royal Institutions of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

Sr Ong May Lee is the Branch Manager at the Penang office of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. She joined Rahim & Co in July 2005 and has over 12 years of experience in the property field, which includes valuation, research & consultancy and estate agency.

Sr Ong has a degree in Bachelor of Business (Property), majoring in valuation from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM).

Mr. Timothy Sundangit is the Assistant Manager, Business Development & Client Service of the Tawau office of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. He recently joined Rahim & Co in 2019. He started working in the property field in 1996 when he worked for CH Williams, Talhar & Wong (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, Tawau Branch. He has more than 23 years of experience in the valuation field which includes valuation of various type of properties such as agriculture, commercial, residential and industrial. In addition, he also has experience in real estate agency, property management and research.

Sr Wong Mei Ting is the Branch Manager at the Subang Jaya office of Rahim & Co International Sdn Bhd. Sr Wong completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning at University of Science Malaysia (USM) in 2009 and also obtained her Diploma in Property Management, Valuation & Estate Agency Surveying from Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia in August 2012. She has 8 years of work experience in the property industry, which includes valuation, research & consultancy as well as estate agency.

Sr Wong previously worked with Rahim & Co for 5 years from 2009 to 2014, there after joined IVPS Property Consultant Sdn Bhd for 3 years from 2014 to 2017. She then returned to Rahim & Co as Branch Manager after becoming a Registered Valuer & Estate Agent.

Encik Mohd Marzuki is the Branch Manager at the Kuala Terengganu office. He completed his Diploma in Valuation and Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Property Management at the University Technology of Malaysia in 1996 and 2005 respectively. He is a member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM), a member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the private sector, Malaysia (PEPS) as well as a member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).

He has about 21 years working experience in Property and Real Estate, which includes Valuation, Property Management, Research & Consultancy as well as Real Estate Agency. Prior to joining Rahim & Co in 2010, En Marzuki was in other private practices in Ampang, Kajang, Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan for 14 years.
